CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit required to be paid upon booking in order to secure your appointment slot. **Deposit is non-refundable.** Failure to pay deposit will result in appt being removed off schedule. **55%fee will be charged to card on file for no show or cancellation less than 24hrs. If there is no card on file fee will be added to total charge of next services** Reschedule or cancellation with more than 24hrs will not be charged a fee. If you’re more than 15 min late, your appt maybe cancelled and deposit will be lost. I schedule appts back to back with no gaps. Be mindful of time to avoid this issues.
